Ingredients
Mocha Cocoa Spice Simple Syrup

1 Tbsp Mocha
Cocoa Mix Spice Blend
- 1 oz water at 200°F
Bourbon Chestnut Herbal Tea

Chestnut Herbal Tea
- 2 oz water at 200°F
His: Mocha Cocoa Old Fashioned
- ½ oz brewed bourbon chestnut herbal tea
- 2 oz bourbon
- ¼ oz mocha cocoa spice simple syrup
- 2 dashes chocolate bitters

pinch Bourbon
Smoked Sea Salt
- garnish orange twist
Hers: Mocha Cocoa Espresso Martini
- ½ oz brewed bourbon chestnut herbal tea
- 2 oz bourbon
- ½ oz mocha cocoa spice simple syrup
- 1 oz brewed espresso
- pinch Bourbon Smoked Sea Salt
- garnish chocolate shavings

Directions
- Prepare Mocha Cocoa Spice Simple Syrup. In a small, heatproof glass, combine the Mocha Cocoa Mix Spice Blend and hot water. Stir until the blend dissolves completely. Set aside. Yields 1 ounce of syrup.
- Prepare Bourbon Chestnut Herbal Tea. Steep Bourbon Chestnut Herbal Tea in hot water for 5 minutes. Cool and strain. Yields 2 ounces.
- Assemble Old Fashioned. Stir herbal tea, bourbon, syrup, and bitters with ice until well chilled. Strain over fresh ice into a rocks glass. Sprinkle lightly with Bourbon Smoked Sea Salt. Garnish with an orange twist. Yields 1 cocktail.
- Assemble Martini. In a cocktail shaker, combine herbal tea, bourbon, syrup, espresso, and Bourbon Smoked Sea Salt with ice and shake until frothy. Strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with chocolate shavings. Yields 1 cocktail.
