Bold and berry-forward, this frozen daiquiri blends summer fruit with citrus and two tea-infused spirits. Served with a fruity sugar rim and fresh berries, it’s a crowd-pleaser perfect for warm weather gatherings.

Ingredients
White Tea-Infused Rum
- 4 oz white rum

2 Tbsp Berry
White Tea
White Tea-Infused Vodka
- 4 oz vodka

2 Tbsp Florida
Sunshine White Tea
Daiquiri
- 4 oz white tea-infused rum
- 1 oz white tea-infused vodka
- 1½ cups frozen mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1½ oz fresh lime juice
- 2 Tbsp simple syrup (or to taste)
- 1 cup ice
Garnish

1 Tbsp Red Raspberry Sugar, for rimming

1 Tbsp Wild Blueberry Sugar, for rimming
- 1 ea lime wedge, for rimming
- fresh berries

Directions
- Infuse Spirits. Steep Berry White Tea in rum for 24 hours. Steep Florida Sunshine White Tea in vodka for 24 hours. Strain each before use; discard tea solids.
- Prepare Daiquiri. In a blender, combine infused spirits, frozen berries, lime juice, simple syrup, and ice. Blend until smooth.
- Prepare Glasses. Run lime wedge around the rims of two glasses. Coat rims with Red Raspberry Sugar and Wild Blueberry Sugar.
- Assemble. Pour into prepared glasses and garnish with fresh berries.
