Cue the fireplace and locate your softest blanket! This simple and smooth toddy features a cinnamon tea-infused bourbon, lemon, and honey. Swapping brandy for bourbon is just as delicious. If you are a fan, you may also like Amaretto Citron Sipper.

Fireside Toddy

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp Red Hot Toddy Herbal Tea
  • 8 oz water at 200°F
  • 2 oz bourbon
  • 3-4 Tbsp Honey - Granulated
  • ¼ oz fresh lemon juice
  • garnish lemon wheel

Directions

  1. Steep Tea. Combine tea leaves and hot water; steep 5 minutes. Strain infusion into a tall mug (12-ounce or larger); discard tea leaves.

  2. Add bourbon, honey granules, and fresh lemon juice to steeped tea; stir to combine. Garnish with a lemon wheel.
