Vodka infused with Mocha Mushroom Herbal Tea and simple syrup made with Roasted Espresso Sugar becomes the bold and rich base for either of these classic cocktails. You will be amazed at the intense flavor created by just three ingredients and no espresso machine!

Coffee-Inspired Cocktails

Ingredients

    • 2 oz infused vodka
    • 1 oz tea concentrate
    • ½ to ¾ oz espresso simple syrup

    • 2 oz infused vodka
    • ½ oz espresso simple syrup
    • 1 to ½ oz half & half

    • 2 Tbsp Mocha Mushroom Herbal Tea
    • 10 oz vodka

    • 2 Tbsp Mocha Mushroom Herbal Tea
    • 6 oz water at 200°F

    • 4 Tbsp Roasted Espresso Sugar

    • 2 oz water

    Directions

      1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice. Secure and shake vigorously to chill. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Discard ice.

      1. Pour vodka and simple syrup into an Old Fashioned glass filled with ice. Float half & half on top and stir slowly.

      1. Combine herbal tea and vodka; cover and steep at room temperature for a minimum of 2 hours, and up to 2 days. Strain; reserve tea solids to prepare the tea concentrate. Yields 8 to 9 ounces.

      1. Combine reserved tea solids and water; cover and steep for 10 minutes. Strain and discard tea solids. Allow to cool. Yields 4 to 5 ounces.

      1. Add sugar and water to a small (8-inch) saucepan. Heat over medium just until sugar has fully dissolved (do not boil). Remove from heat and strain through a fine mesh strainer to remove coffee grounds. Allow to cool. Yields 3 to 3½ ounces.
