      Directions

        Peppermint Patty Milk Tea

        1. Add water to a small saucepot over medium-low heat. When water just reaches a simmer, turn off heat and add tea and sugar. Cover and infuse 1 minute. Stir in heavy cream and cover; adjust heat to low and infuse for an additional 4 to 5 minutes. Remove cover and stir to ensure sugar has fully dissolved. Filter tea through a fine mesh strainer; discard tea leaves.

        2. To serve hot, portion equally into two or three warmed mugs.

        3. To serve chilled, refrigerate until very cold. Serve in 6 to 8-ounce portions, without ice.

        4. Top with whipped cream sprinkled with additional Peppermint Patty Sugar, if desired. Yield: approximately 23 ounces.

        The Sir Martini

        1. Infuse Vodka: Combine vodka and black tea; infuse at room temperature for 2 to 4 hours. Strain fully; discard tea leaves.

        2. Prepare Simple Syrup: Combine sugar and hot water in a heat-safe container. Stir until fully dissolved. Allow to cool before drink assembly.

        3. Assemble Cocktail: Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice; secure lid and shake vigorously to chill and foam. Strain into a martini or coupe glass.

        4. Yield: 1 cocktail. Infused vodka and simple syrup prep will yield enough for 4 cocktails.
