Ingredients

1 cup pitted Castelvetrano olives
- 1 cup block feta cheese, cut into 1-inch cubes

1 Tbsp Rosemary Garlic Chili Extra Virgin Olive Oil -

1 Tbsp Kickin’ Garlic Spice Blend

1 Tbsp Zahtar Spice Blend

Directions
- Marinate Olives and Feta. In a medium mixing bowl, combine olives and feta cubes. Drizzle with the Rosemary Garlic Chili Olive Oil, then sprinkle evenly with Kickin’ Garlic Spice Blend and Zahtar Spice Blend. Gently toss to coat, taking care not to break the feta cubes. Marinate at room temperature for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Assemble Salad. Arrange the olives and feta on a shallow platter in an alternating checkerboard pattern. Spoon any remaining marinade lightly over the top just before serving. Serve at room temperature alongside warm flatbread.
