Ingredients
- 8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
- 8 oz sour cream
-
2 Tbsp Dill-e Dill-e Seasoning* or Classic Ranch Spice Blend
-
2 tsp Dill Weed
- 3 to 4 ea English cucumbers, washed
- special equipment: pastry bag with tip, vegetable peeler
Directions
- Prepare Topping. Combine cream cheese, sour cream, seasoning, and dill weed until smooth. Transfer mixture to a pastry bag fitted with a tip. For best results, refrigerate one day before serving to allow flavors to develop.
- Prepare Cucumbers. Cut ends off cucumbers. Create stripes by making one continuous peel the length of the cucumber. Repeat 2 or 3 times, leaving an equal distance between the next peel. Slice into wheels, about ¾-inch thick. Pipe roughly 1 Tablespoon of topping onto the cut side of each cucumber wheel. Arrange on a serving plate; garnish as desired.
Recipe Note
*Dill-e Dill-e Seasoning is available in select stores only. Classic Ranch Spice Blend can be substituted if desired.
