HYDRATE Mushrooms by adding them to ¾ cup of just boiled water (while removed from heat).
PEEL, quarter, and boil potatoes until tender. Drain.
ADD Vik’s Garlic Fix!, 2 tsps Black Truffle Sea Salt, ¾ stick butter, milk, mushroom liquid and ¾ of the mushrooms to potatoes and mash well.
SAUTE remaining mushrooms in ¼ stick butter, ¼ tsp Black Truffle Sea Salt, and brandy until crispy.
TOP potatoes with candied mushrooms.
