Black Pepper - Butcher's Cut

Along with salt, pepper is one of the oldest and most used spices in the world. This grade of cut is larger than table-grade pepper and is mainly used in rubs or blends. ItÂ’s delicious in steak rubs and pairs well with a coarse sea salt for a great blend of classic flavors.



Spice Fun Fact: When first discovered, peppercorns were rare and commonly eaten by only the wealthy. Due to their expensive nature, peppercorns were also demanded as part of ransoms along with silver and gold.
