HEAT filtered water to 185°F. Steep Berry White Tea for 6 mins. Strain and set aside until cooled.
REMOVE champagne glasses and raspberries from freezer.
POUR ¼ cup of brewed tea in each champagne glass. Fill the remainder of each glass with champagne.
