A popular Ethiopian blend, great for stews, meats, legumes, and vegetables. This complex medley of hot flavors can be used as a dry rub or as a paste (mixed with olive oil).


Paprika, cayenne pepper, onion, crushed red pepper flakes, fenugreek, garlic, cardamom, ginger, turmeric, allspice, nutmeg, cinnamon, cumin, black pepper, cloves, coriander.

    Highly aromatic and pungent
    My husband is a vegetarian and I am always looking for something to transform sauces. This one is my favorite blend.
