Bamboo Green Rice

Short-grain white rice infused with fresh bamboo juice for flavor. The rice retains its green color after cooking and remains moist and sticky. Great for sushi/colorful sides. Sold in a 12 oz bag.

Preparation Instructions: Add 1 cup rice and 2 cups water in pot, cover with tight-fitting lid. Bring to boil, then lower and simmer for 20 mins. Let stand 5 mins. 1 cup dry yields 2 cups cooked.
