Savory Compound Butters

Garlic Truffle
1 tsp Black Truffle Garlic Spice Blend

Sweet Chili
1½ tsp Maple Bourbon Jalapeño Seasoning

1½ tsp Jamaican Jerk Spice Blend

Zesty Herb
2 tsp Italian Herb Spice Blend
1 Tbsp fresh lemon zest
½ tsp kosher salt
Shape butter. a spatula, scrape the mixture onto a piece of parchment paper or plastic wrap. Roll into a log shape; twist the ends of the parchment or plastic wrap to seal and tighten the shape. (Alternatively, transfer the mixture to a butter dish or ramekin and cover.) Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving to allow the flavors to meld.

To serve, unwrap and slice as you would a pat of butter. Enjoy on bread or rolls in place of plain butter or serve atop just-cooked foods including steaks, chops, chicken, fish, vegetables, pasta, rice, potatoes, and more.
