Overnight Oats - Mango Tropical
½ cup rolled oats
½ cup milk of choice
1 to 2 tsp chia seeds
¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
2 Tbsp Mango Tango Herbal Tea**
1 Tbsp Mango Sugar
extras: chopped pineapple, mango, banana
Place ingredients – except for the extras – in a 16-ounce mason jar or glass container and stir until no clumps remain. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours but ideally overnight. Before serving, check consistency and thin with a bit more milk or water, if desired. Top with (or mix in) selected extras.
