Overnight Oats - Cranberry Apple
½ cup rolled oats
½ cup milk of choice
1 to 2 tsp chia seeds
¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
2 Tbsp Cranberry Apple Tart Herbal Tea**
4 tsp Apple Cinnamon Crisp Sugar
extras: chopped apple, dried cranberries, chopped pecans
Place ingredients – except for the extras – in a 16-ounce mason jar or glass container and stir until no clumps remain. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours but ideally overnight. Before serving, check consistency and thin with a bit more milk or water, if desired. Top with (or mix in) selected extras.
