VERSATILE BLEND
I had previously used this blend on chicken and in eggs (where it is wonderful), but got some lamb chops and decided to try it there. I grated one extra large clove of garlic and mixed that and 2 tbsp of the spice blend in about 2 tbsp of olive oil and spread it on the chops (there were 5 small ones in the package). I sauteed them 6 minutes to a side (for the thick ones) in ghee on medium heat and they turned out wonderful. I think I liked the extra garlic, but there is garlic already in the blend. I do recommend this blend for it's great flavor and versatility beyond just lamb and pork.

VERSATILE HERB BLEND
I have actually not used this on either lamb or pork, but found I used up my small bag of it on chicken breasts and in my scrambled eggs. It's a lighter flavor that goes well with lighter proteins.

GREAT ON LAMB!
This is so good on lamb. Haven't tried it on pork yet but on lamb, it's a winner. I just mix a little lemon juice and olive oil, spread it on the lamb and sprinkle with this mix. YUM!

LOVE IT.
Bought it when on vacation long ago. Every time I am in a spice shop, without know the name of the company, I look for this spice combination we use as a rub for lamb chops or a similar replacement for it. Never found one we liked and we have tried a lot. I found the old used up empty package today. I ordered it! Looking forward to grilling season!
