Confettea Cake Cocktail

ConfeTEA Cake-Infused Vodka
2 Tbsp ConfetTEA Cake White Tea*
5 oz vodka

ConfetTEA Cake Simple Syrup
1.5 oz ConfetTEA Cake Sugar*
2 oz water

Cocktail
1 oz confetTEA cake-infused vodka
½ oz confetTEA cake simple syrup
½ oz fresh lemon juice
3 to 4 Tbsp whipped cream
4 to 5 oz chilled ginger ale
Infuse Vodka. Combine tea and vodka; cover and steep at room temperature for 1 to 2 hours. Strain and discard tea solids. Refrigerate until ready to use.

Prepare Simple Syrup. Add sugar and water to a small saucepan. Heat over medium-low until sugar fully dissolves. Refrigerate until ready to use.

Assemble Cocktail. Add infused vodka, simple syrup, and lemon juice to a small cocktail shaker or mason jar with 2 to 3 ice cubes. Secure and shake to chill. Transfer to a 10-ounce highball or wine glass. Add whipped cream then top with ginger ale and stir. Top with sprinkles, if desired.
