Blackberry Salted Caramel Brownie

¾ cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 ¼ tsp. Chocolate Sea Salt, divided
½ cup (1 stick) butter, cut into eighths
½ cup granulated sugar
¾ cup brown sugar
¾ cup Cocoa – Natural
2 eggs
2 tsp. Madagascar Pure Vanilla Extract
6 oz. container fresh blackberries
¾ cup caramel sauce
1 tsp. Salted Caramel Sugar
PREHEAT oven to 350°F.

BLEND flour, baking powder, and ¼ tsp. Chocolate Sea Salt in a medium bowl. Set aside.

COMBINE butter, sugars, and Cocoa - Natural in a medium glass bowl. Microwave until butter is melted. Stir until smooth and allow to cool for 5 mins.

ADD eggs and Madagascar Pure Vanilla Extract and stir. Add flour mixture and stir until combined. Fold in blackberries.

POUR half of the batter into a greased 9x9 square pan. Spoon caramel evenly over top (reserve two Tbsp. for garnishing if desired). Gently spread remaining batter on top.

BAKE at 350°F for 35-40 mins. Allow to cool, then drizzle caramel sauce over top if desired. Sprinkle with Salted Caramel Sugar and remaining tsp. of Chocolate Sea Salt.
