Apple Cinnamon Moscow Mule
Cinnamon Plum Concentrate
2 Tbsp Cinnamon Plum Herbal Tea
8 oz water at 200°F
Drink Assembly
1.5 oz cinnamon plum concentrate
1.5 oz vodka
4 oz ginger beer
garnish Apple Cinnamon Crisp Sugar, for rimming
garnish Cinnamon Ground – Korintje, for rimming
garnish Cinnamon Stick – Korintje
Prepare Concentrate. Combine herbal tea and water; cover and steep for 5 minutes. Strain; discard tea solids. Allow to cool. Yields 7 to 8 ounces.
Drink Assembly. Place agave nectar in a small shallow dish. Pour Apple Cinnamon Crisp Sugar and Ground Cinnamon into a separate dish and mix to combine. Dip rim of copper mug in agave nectar, then dip and twist the rim into the sugar mixture to coat.
Add ice cubes, cinnamon plum concentrate, and vodka to mug. Top it off with ginger beer and gently stir to combine. Garnish with cinnamon stick. Serve immediately.
