Tuscan Tomato Soup
1 (28 oz) can diced or chopped tomatoes
1 Tbsp Tuscany Spice Blend
2 Tbsp Sweet Onion Sugar
1/8 to ¼ tsp Red Pepper Flake – Crushed
½ tsp Rosemary Basil Sea Salt
1 cup +/- milk (or broth or stock)
Add all ingredients to a medium saucepot; stir to combine. Over medium heat, bring to a simmer for 5 minutes. Stir in milk; return to a simmer.
Taste; adjust seasonings as needed. Adjust consistency with additional liquid as desired.
If desired, purée until smooth using a countertop or immersion blender.
