COMBINE soy and fish sauce with Ginger Sugar in a small bowl and set aside.
STIR together in a medium saucepan, rice, Coconut Thai Spice Blend, coconut milk, hot sauce, salt, and ¾ cup water. Stir to combine. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce to a low simmer: cover and cook 19-21 mins, until liquid is absorbed and rice is tender.
MEANWHILE, heat 1 tsp oil in a large non-stick skillet or wok on high until just smoking. Add beef and brown 3-5 mins, stirring often. Transfer to a bowl and set aside.
HEAT 1 TBS oil in now empty skillet until just smoking. Add broccoli and cook 1 min. Add sauce mixture and Vik’s Garlic Fix to pan. Stir and cook 1 min.
ADD beef and any juices back to pan, stir and cook 3 mins until cooked through.
STIR in lime juice and basil and serve over rice with a lime wedge.
