A tangy mix of tomatoes, garlic, onion, sugar, smoky sea salt, and spices. Intended for pork, but also great on poultry and seafood, this rub includes all the flavors of a traditional Midwest barbecue.


Garlic, onion, smoked salt, sweet onion sugar, brown mustard, tomato powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, parsley, sage, chipotle pepper, cinnamon.

Great on Pork Butt
I brought this blend home from vacation, rubbed down a 12 lb butt, and smoked for 10 hrs. This was the most flavorful butt I had ever smoked. The tangy flavor mixed with the smoke was fantastic! I'm back to buy more!!
