**Shipping Changes for the Holiday Season**

As the holiday season has arrived, please be advised that our processing facility will be closed at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Nov 23 to Sunday, Nov 27 in observance of Thanksgiving and all orders received during that time will not be processed until the following week. Please also note that normal processing and transit times could be extended during the holidays due to the high volume of packages.

Free Shipping
On promotions such as Free Shipping on Orders over $35 or Free Shipping on Orders over $50, please note that certain exclusions may apply. Offers do not apply to Corporate Gifts sold at spiceandtea.com or items offered at volume pricing. Free shipping applies to standard ground shipping within the continental U.S. (excludes Alaska and Hawaii) and only to orders with one ship-to address. Free Shipping is calculated based on the order subtotal.

All orders over an $85 value will receive signature confirmation.

During the checkout process, you will be presented with shipping options and pricing. You can choose your shipping method by clicking the appropriate selection.
*Please note that we do not ship orders on Saturday, Sunday or national holidays; any orders placed during these times will begin their processing on the next business day.
**Please also note that transit times are only guaranteed by the courier when selecting expedited shipping services.

* International Shipping refers to any shipping outside of the United States of America.
International shipping methods vary by country.  For all international shipments, The Spice & Tea Exchange® will not be held responsible or liable for any problems that result at your local customs office. If customs duties are assessed, these are in addition to your shipping charges and must be paid directly by you. No refunds will be given for items that are seized at your local customs office.

Order Status
It is the policy of The Spice & Tea Exchange® to send you order status information by e-mail.  You will be notified when an order is received and when an order is shipped. 

To view order status of any order, including past orders that have been received, click on the “Log In” link at the top of the page.  After you are logged in, click on “Welcome" and your name located at the top of the page.  Your current and past orders will then be displayed.

Back Orders
In the unlikely event that any items in your order are unavailable for immediate delivery, we will ship the remainder of your order immediately and ship the balance when it becomes available.
