Shipping Changes for the Holiday Seasoning
As the holiday season has arrived, please be advised that our processing facility will be closed from 2 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov 26 to Sunday, Nov 30 in observance of Thanksgiving and all orders received during that time will not be processed until the following week. Please also note that normal processing and transit times could be extended during the holidays due to the high volume of packages.

The Spice & Tea Exchange is now offering FREE SHIPPING for purchases over $50. This offer excludes international shipping. The subtotal of your purchase must meet the minimum $50 requirement. All orders that are valued at $75.00 or more are shipped via USPS Priority with a signature confirmation.

During the checkout process, you will be presented with shipping options and pricing. You can choose your shipping method by clicking the appropriate selection.
Please note: We do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday. Any order placed on Saturday, Sunday or a national holiday will be shipped on the next business day.
* International Shipping refers to any shipping outside of the United States of America.
International shipping methods vary by country. For all international shipments, The Spice & Tea Exchange will not be held responsible or liable for any problems that result at your local customs office. If customs duties are assessed, these are in addition to your shipping charges and must be paid directly by you. No refunds will be given for items that are seized at your local customs office.
It is the policy of The Spice & Tea Exchange to send you order status information by e-mail. You will be notified when an order is received and when an order is shipped.
To view order status of any order, including past orders that have been received, click on the Log In link at the top of the page. After you are logged in, click on My Account located at the top of the page. Your current and past orders are displayed.
In the unlikely event that any items in your order are unavailable for immediate delivery, we will ship the remainder of your order immediately and ship the balance when it becomes available.
Refunds and Returns
While The Spice & Tea Exchangeฎ makes a good faith effort to track and correct any errors in shipment, The Spice & Tea Exchangeฎ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or delays in shipping due to weather conditions, Customs, incorrect shipping addresses or missing shipping information. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions that you may have about your order or to request a refund. All order discrepancies must be reported within 24 hours of delivery and failure to do so will result in your acceptance of the order. Perishable items such as spices must be returned within two weeks of purchase date accompanied by the original packing slip to receive a refund should you be dissatisfied with your purchase. Accessories must be returned within 30 days of purchase accompanied by the original packing slip, must be in resalable condition in the original undamaged packaging.
