Seasoned Lamb Chops

1 Tbsp. Lamb & Pork Seasoning
1 tsp. Garlic - Granulated
1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. balsamic vinaigrette
¼ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 ½ lbs lamb chops
1 tsp. Parsley (garnish)
COMBINE Lamb & Pork Seasoning, Garlic - Granulated, Dijon mustard, and balsamic vinaigrette in a medium bowl and stir until thoroughly mixed.

HEAT Extra Virgin Olive Oil in a large frying pan over medium heat for a few mins. Baste both sides of each lamb chop with mixture.

PLACE lamb chops in the frying pan and saute for 3-5 mins. on each side. Lamb chops should be light brown in color when finished. Remove from pan. Sprinkle with Parsley.
