The Spice & Tea Exchange sells over twenty varieties of mineral and hand-harvested gourmet sea salts from around the globe. One of our more popular gourmet salts – Chardonnay Oak – is hand harvested in France, stored in aged chardonnay oak barrels for a year. After proper aging, the oak barrels are used to smoke the gourmet salt giving it a very refined, smoky flavor with a hint or chardonnay taste. This wonderfully flavored gourmet salt is but one of our many choices.
