 Ingredients :

1 Cup TSTE Bamboo Rice

1 Cup TSTE Himalayan Style Red Rice

2 (14 1/2 oz.) cans of vegetable or chicken broth

1/2 cup hot water

1/4 cup dry sherry

1/2 cup TSTE Chopped Onion

3/4 tsp. TSTE Garlic Powder

1/2 tsp. TSTE Garlic lemon-Pepper

1/2 cup dried apricots

1/2 cup dried cherries

1/2 cup chopped pecans, toasted if desired

1/4 cup TSTE Parsley

 
 How to Prepare :
In 4 quart electric slow cooker, mix rice, broth, sherry, onion, garlic powder and lemon-garlic pepper. Cover and cook on low setting for 5 hours, or until rice is tender but not mushy. Stir in remaining ingredients, serve.
