In a large mixing bowl, beat egg whites and water until foamy. Add the nuts; stir gently to coat. Combine the brown sugar, TSTE Pumpkin Pie Spice and white pepper, add to nut mixture and stir gently to evenly coat. Spread into a greased 15" x 10" by 1" baking sheet. Bake at 325 degrees F for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes. Cool. Store in an airtight container.
