This classic combination traditionally made with earl grey tea, steamed milk, and vanilla, has an extra creamy flavor provided by TSTE® Earl Grey Crème Tea and a hint of warm lavender. Perfect for sipping by the fire, this warm drink is luxuriously sweet and undeniably comforting.

Ingredients

From TSTE®
2 tsp TSTE® Earl Grey Crème Tea
1 tsp TSTE® Lavender (optional)
2 TBS TSTE® Vanilla Turbinado Sugar
½ tsp TSTE® Madagascar Pure Vanilla Extract

From Grocer
16 oz filtered water
8 oz milk (or to taste)

Preparation

HEAT filtered water to 212°F. Steep TSTE® Earl Grey Crème Tea and TSTE® Lavender and for 4 mins. Strain.
ADD TSTE® Vanilla Turbinado Sugar and TSTE® Madagascar Pure Vanilla Extract and stir until dissolved fully in hot tea.
SIMMER milk over medium-low heat until milk is hot.
WHISK briskly to create light foam.
ADD hot milk to tea. STIR and enjoy.

Serving Suggestion:
SERVE topped with a small layer of foam.
