 Ingredients :

5 lbs. Ground Chuck

5 tsp TSTE Kosher Salt

2.5 tsp TSTE Hickory Smoke Salt

2.5 tsp TSTE Yellow Mustard Seed

2.5 tsp TSTE Garlic Salt

2.5 tsp TSTE Green Peppercorns

1 Tbl TSTE Ground Pepper

 

 
 How to Prepare :

Mix ingredients and refrigerate for 3 days - kneading EVERY day.

Form into one large or 3 to 9 smaller logs.

Bake at 150 degrees for 8 hours

We put the logs on parchment paper and about 1 hour before they are finished we remove the grease and turn each log so they brown evenly.  Enjoy!
