8 tsp TSTE® Earl Grey Crème Tea
¼ cup TSTE® Vanilla Turbinado Sugar

8 oz gin
2 oz water
12 oz orange juice
4 oz club soda (or to taste)
MIX gin with TSTE® Earl Grey Crème Tea.
ALLOW mixture to infuse at room temperature for 2 hrs. Strain.
MAKE a simple syrup. Combine TSTE® Vanilla Turbinado Sugar and water in a small saucepan. Over medium-high
heat, bring it to a boil, stirring constantly until sugar dissolves. Allow to cool.
MIX orange juice, club soda, and simple syrup. Add infused gin.
SERVE in four old fashioned (also known as a lowball or rocks) glasses over ice.
