Mushrooms - Kibbled

This dehydrated blend of Portobello, Boleta, and Porcini mushrooms is great to have on hand when fresh mushrooms are not available. Simply soak in water or wine for a few minutes to reconstitute. Add to sauces, stews, soups, or saute with wine, cream, salt & pepper, and butter, then drizzle over steaks or beef dishes.
