Mulling Spice

Classic blend for mulling cider or red wine. In a pot, add bag and 1 quart of cider or 1 bottle of red wine (option to add 1/4 cup sugar to wine) bring to simmering point for 15 minutes. Bag can be used 2-3 times. After mulling, drain and place in zip-bag and store in fridge.Blended with orange, cinnamon, cloves, star anise, ginger, allspice, cardamom.
