COMBINE vodka, lemonade, and Sweet Matcha in a large pitcher. Whisk until fully dissolved. Place in refrigerator to fully chill. If desired, chill martini glasses as well.
POUR agave nectar into a shallow dish and place Lemon Sugar in a separate shallow dish. Dip the top edge of chilled martini glasses into dish of agave nectar, then dip into Lemon Sugar. Carefully pour beverage into glasses.
CUT a small slice halfway through lemon wheels. Dip lemon slices in leftover agave then Lemon Sugar to create a sugared lemon slice. Place on rim of glass as garnish.
