Maple Syrup Granules

Maple syrup is reduced tree sap from sugar maple trees. Like honey, it has wonderful variations in flavor and contains some vitamins and minerals. It is rich in manganese and a good source of zinc. Also known as maple-sugar, these granules come from dehydrated maple syrup, and make a rich and wonderful substitute for white or brown sugar. Use in all types of baking recipes, or simply sprinkle onto ice cream, desserts, fruit salads, yogurt parfaits or oatmeal. Great for use in gluten-free cooking!
