½ cup Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
¼ cup lemon juice
½ cup white wine
½ TBS Herbs de Provence Spice Blend
1 TBS Herbal Garden Spice Blend (not ground)
½ tsp Green Peppercorn (cracked)
1 tsp Sweet Onion Sugar
1 tsp Lemon Sugar (optional)
ADD the Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil to a 12 oz jar or a medium mixing bowl. Whisk in the acid (fruit juice, wine, or vinegar).
ADD spices, blends, or any additional ingredients from The Spice & Tea Exchange®. Stir well.
MARINATE meat or vegetables by placing in a ziptop bag or a non-reactive container and covering with the marinade. Marinate in the refrigerator until ready to cook. Discard marinade after use.
PROCEED with cooking as desired.
