Our special version of this nouveau blend has surprisingly rich and deep flavor. Wet meat with water or olive oil and rub with spice. Let stand for 5-6 minutes before broiling or grilling. Blended with fresh kosher salt, pepper, ground espresso beans, garlic, ancho chili powder, espresso sugar, smoked paprika, onion, cilantro.
