Dill Weed

Dill Weed refers to the leaf and stem of the plant and this herb-like weed is clean, pungent and reminiscent of caraway. Dill Weed has a fresher, mellower taste than the seed. Although typically overlooked in French and Italian cooking, which favor fennel, dill is widely used in Russian, German, Scandinavian, and American cooking. Dill Weed is used in a variety of dishes including potato and pasta salads, dips, and to season fish.
