IN a bowl, combine sour cream (or Greek yogurt), TSTE® Vik’s Garlic Fix, and TSTE® Dill Weed. Taste. Add more seasoning as needed. Set aside.
CLEAN and peel (optional) your cucumbers. Slice horizontally into 1-inch chunks.
CARVE out the middle of each cucumber chunk with a melon baller being careful not to carve through all the way (to create a cucumber “bowl”). As you create them, set cucumber “bowls” aside on a serving tray.
SPOON small amounts of the sour cream mixture into the center of each cucumber “bowl.”
REFRIGERATE until serving.
