Cinnamon - Korintje

Cinnamon/Cassia is one of the oldest known spices in the world. Korintje cinnamon comes primarily from China and is known for its mild and slightly sweet flavor. Although Korintje Cinnamon is actually a Cassia tree (related to cinnamon), it is the flavor and aroma that we most familiarly call "cinnamon". Our Korintje Cassia is much fresher than what you find at your local grocery store, and is perfect for all of your standard baking needs.
