HEAT filtered water to 212°F. Steep TSTE® Black Chocolate Tea for 5 mins.
STRAIN tea and set aside until cooled.
ADD brewed tea and all remaining ingredients to a blender. Blend until combined.
SWIRL chocolate syrup inside four chilled martini glasses.
DIVIDE prepared drink amongst glasses.
ADD a dollop of whipped cream and sprinkle each with TSTE® Dark Cocoa Sugar.
