Widely used in Greek cuisine, feta cheese is traditionally made from goat and/or sheep’s milk. Feta cheese is recognized most for its use in salads, pastries, spanakopita (“spinach pie”), tyropita (“cheese pie”), and other baked meat dishes. When fresh cheese is not convenient, this powder works in dressings, with hummus, sprinkled onto warm pita breads, etc. Ingredients: feta cheese (pasteurized milk, salt, cheese culture, enzymes), buttermilk, cream, partially hydrogenated soybean oil, whey, salt, maltodextrin, citric acid, lactic acid, mono & diglycerides and BHT. Contains milk products.
