Widely used in Greek cuisine, Feta cheese is traditionally made from goat and/or sheep's milk. It is commonly used in salads, pastries, and baked with meats. Feta can be used as a table-cheese, and as a main ingredient in the popular Greek phyllo dough based dishes spanakopita ("spinach pie") and tyro pita ("cheese pie"). When fresh cheese is not convenient or available, this powder works well in dry-mix dressings, mixed with hummus, sprinkled onto warm pita bread, and other similar uses. Ingredients: feta cheese (pasteurized milk, salt, cheese culture, enzymes), buttermilk, cream, partially hydrogenated soybean oil, whey, salt, maltodextrin, citric acid, lactic acid, mono & diglycerides, BHT. Contains: milk.
