Quick and Easy Dips
(choose one of the following blends)
2 TBS Onion Obsession Spice Blend
2 TBS Vik’s Garlic Fix! Spice Blend
2 TBS Coastal Blend Seasoning
8 oz pkg sour cream
2 TBS Onion Obsession Spice Blend
2 TBS Vik’s Garlic Fix! Spice Blend
2 TBS Coastal Blend Seasoning
8 oz pkg sour cream
MIX spice blend of choice and sour cream thoroughly in a small bowl (see suggestions on left for a few favorite blend choices for dips). Taste. Add more blend if needed—note that flavors will heighten the longer the dip has time to sit. Refrigerate until serving.
Variations:
TRY each blend listed for three delicious dip variations with unique flavor profiles! This recipe will work with any blend, just as long as it is not a blend that contains pods, seeds, or whole peppercorns (which will not soften or “bloom” in the base).
FOR a thicker dip, you may also try using whipped cream cheese, Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, mascarpone cheese, or a mixture of any of these!
