Horseradish Sauce

½ cup sour cream
¼ cup mayonnaise
1 Tbsp Horseradish Powder
1 Tbsp Chives
1 Tbsp Vinegar Powder
½ tsp Bloody Mary Spice Blend
1 to 4 tsp milk, as needed

In a small mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except for milk; stir well. Cover and refrigerate overnight for flavors to meld. When ready to serve, taste and adjust seasonings as needed. For a thinner consistency, stir in milk, one teaspoon at a time, until the desired consistency is achieved.

Serve as a dip, sandwich spread, or with our recipe.
