Corn & Bacon Dip

1 tsp. Bacon Smoked Sea Salt
1 cup cooked corn
1 clove garlic, through a garlic press
1 - 8 oz. pkg cream cheese at room temperature
Cooked, chopped bacon (optional garnish)
Fresh chopped chives (optional garnish)
PLACE all the ingredients in the bowl of a food processor and process until thick and smooth; scrape down sides as needed.

REFRIGERATE until ready to use. The flavors will develop over about an hour, if you've got the time.

Don't have enough cream cheese? Add in some goat cheese, sour cream with a little mayonnaise, or Greek-style yogurt. You can eyeball the measurements and just taste as you go.

For an added kick of corn flavor and a thicker dip, add another ½ cup of corn to the mix.
