Bacon Wrapped Jalapeno Poppers
4 ¼ Tbsp. (1 oz.) Bleu Cheese Powder
2 Tbsp. Sweet Habanero Sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
12 jalapeños, halved and seeds removed
12 oz. package of bacon, slices cut in half
2 Tbsp. Sweet Habanero Sugar
8 oz. cream cheese

12 oz. package of bacon, slices cut in half
PREHEAT oven to 400°F.
MIX the Bleu Cheese Powder with 2 Tbsp. of water to a creamy consistency and then mix with the cream cheese.
SCOOP the cheese mixture into the halved jalapeños. Wrap the jalapeños with a halved slice of bacon and place on a pan. Sprinkle with Sweet Habanero Sugar.
BAKE for 30 mins. or until the bacon is crisp.
*Cheddar Cheese Powder can be substituted for the Bleu Cheese Powder, if desired.
