So sweet and delicious

The difference between this cinnamon and the regular stuff you buy in the grocery store is astounding. If you do a sniff test side by side you can tell the difference immediately. This Vietnamese cinnamon is sweeter and more complex flavor and I love to sprinkle it on my oatmeal in the morning. It's quite a treat.

BEST CINNAMON I'VE EVER HAD

Found this while visiting Port Townsend, bought because the smell was so rich and sweet that it almost smelled like cinnamon sugar instead of just cinnamon. I have been using my shaker bottle to spice up and top my chai lea lattes (and hot cocoa) ever since. I am finally getting low so I wanted to get more. I tried another brand from amazon and it was nothing like the one I got from the Spice and Tea Exchange. Lesson learned, only coming here from now on to get the true quality and flavor!

BEST THERE IS

We love this it's the best we have found we use it in most hot breakfast foods and in winter we put it in the pot on the wood stove to help bring comfort to the home

BEST CINNAMON WE'VE BOUGHT - EVER

We've been using Saigon Cinnamon from World Market for years, but when we saw this shop in PCB we decided to give it a try. The Vietnamese Cinnamon is the highest quality we've bought anywhere. The flavor is both more complex and more intense, and we find that we're using a little less than our recipes call for. We're so glad to have discovered this gem!
